GR Construction, LLP typically performs a “Turn-key Concrete” subcontract that includes site concrete, cast-in-place structural foundations and building flatwork (both slab on grade and elevated decks). In recent years, they performed a turnkey concrete subcontract on the WindCrest Extended Care Center building which included a complex foundation layout including 5 building wings with interior foundations and stemwalls for load bearing structural steel walls.
