GR Concrete Construction completed a full exterior parking lot and site redevelopment at Runyon Elementary School and Euclid Middle School in Littleton, Colorado, during the summer of 2025. In partnership with FCI Constructors, our team delivered a turnkey concrete scope focused on improving site functionality, accessibility, and campus safety.
Work included complete removal and replacement of existing parking lot infrastructure, along with new ADA-compliant walkways and ramps to improve pedestrian flow throughout the campus. All improvements were constructed to meet current code requirements while prioritizing long-term durability and low maintenance.
The project also included cast-in-place architectural concrete retaining walls to manage grade transitions and support new pathways. These walls were finished with a stamped, integrally colored surface, providing both structural performance and a clean, cohesive aesthetic.
Completed within a tight summer schedule, the project required efficient coordination, disciplined execution, and a strong focus on safety. The finished improvements enhanced campus accessibility and provided durable infrastructure that will serve students, staff, and visitors for years to come.
